Contest Rule's
Rules for the Contest are as followed
1. You will have 20 minutes to paint.
2. No Tubes....No Stains....No Curls.
3. Name will be any name but your own unless otherwise stated.
4. Please mega when called for judging.
5. Judges decisions are final.
6. Banners will be awarded for 1st...2nd...and 3rd place.
7. Please respect all that are here.
8. Most importantly.........Enjoy Urself
