For All Seasons Radio has a set of guidelines for the DJs that are hired. We strive to be the best Internet Radio so take the time to read these and if you agree with the terms, please feel free to apply.

  1. We are a family-community oriented radio station. That means that songs that need a warning about content will not be played here.
  2. You need to have a DSL or higher connection in order to be able to DJ.
  3. We are here for the listeners. That means We are a *drama-free* radio station. Listeners are what matters most.
  4. We conduct ourselves in a respectful way when on-air. BUT it does not mean we can't have fun.
  5. Everyone will be treated with the utmost respect. We are not disrespectful of anyone or of other radio stations and their staff. This is cause for instant dismissal.
  6. As a DJ you need to have access to Yahoo Instant Messenger and/or MSN Messenger. This is to enable our listeners and the other DJs to contact you when required.
  7. We are all volunteers here and it's your responsibility to arrive on time for your shift. But as Real Life does have a way of *intruding* please notify Management as soon as possible if you will not be able to cover your shift.
  8. We encourage our DJs to play different genres. We are here for the listeners and always take requests. Our only goal is to have happy listeners.
  9. If you have a personal conflict with another DJ, please talk to TerryBee immediately and the situation will be handled accordingly. Station business is just that... Station Business.
  10. HAVE FUN! Enjoy your air-time. We will have a radio station to be proud of!
