If You Have have XP or earlier versions of Windows you need to register the

frames and to do  so you will need to move it over the REGVSR32 to activate the frame

If you have Vista you will have to use this program to register your frames using the

SetUp Reg Tool--Emsa DLL Register Tool Setup Also have some
