OTW Gammon Games
The following is a list of Games played at OTW.
If You have an idea of a Game, please let us know and we will be glad
to add it to the list!
Gammon Games
No Hit Gammon
You are NOT allowed to hit your opponent.
First one to hit their opponents chips, loses the game.
If no one hits, then the game continues to finish as in regular
gammon.
Towers Towers
Two rows of 6 chips in your home spot excluding your 6th row.
6th row in your home spot does not count as there are already
5 there :)
Flat Liner
You must have at least 2 chips on each row in your home spot. (see
blue green chips).
If a flatliner is not achieved, then the game continues as regular
gammon.
Baseball Baseball
First person to roll 3 sets of doubles loses.
Must Hit - Smacker
If there is an open man, you must hit him. If you do not hit, you lose
the game.
With every dice roll, the player must hit an opponent's man if one
can be hit.
Bar - if you roll dice that will let you get off the bar plus hit a
man, you must hit.
Snake Eyes
First to roll double 1's, wins, played as regular gammon or not hit.
Can also be included in any other variation i.e. Snake Eyes No Hit
Towers or Snake Eyes Flatliner, etc.
Sudden Death
First to roll a double loses
Black Eye Suzie
First to roll 1 and 2 in same roll, wins
Setters Choice
The person that sets, chooses game to be played.
Game must be one that opponent knows how to play.
Joiners Choice
The person that joins, chooses game to be played.
Game must be one that opponent knows how to play.
1,2,3 GAMMON
1,2,3 Gammon You have to roll double 1's double
2's and double 3's in any
order and you win even if your on the wall.
Rule of Seven
means that if any player rolls seven playable
doubles during
any one game, they forfeit the game to their
opponent. Doubles do not
count if they are not playable, as in, if you
are blocked from using them or
on the bar and cannot come off. If you
can use any part of the doubles
rolled, it counts as a double.
This rule was created to encourage everyone to
finish their game play
despite an opponents multitude of doubles.
Please count all doubles with a nice roll and
a thank you. Be honest and polite.
