Using Filters Unlimited in Paint Shop Pro I hope this tutorial will open your world to the wonderful features of Filters Unlimited. This filter is put out by I.C.NET Software and I have been given permission by them to write this tutorial. I hope I can do it justice. I.C.NET also has some FAQ's on their site, and there is a help file which comes along with the filter. This tutorial is a bit graphic intense. Please be patient. |

I choose to keep my Filters Unlimited in a separate folder on my C: drive to cut down load time for PSP.(Paint Shop Pro) As a matter of fact, none of my filters are loaded directly into my PSP files.
After you have your Filters Unlimited set up, make sure to show PSP where to find it.

Now the fun begins! If you have never used Filters Unlimited before..open it and see the fun filters that come with it. Notice how you can scroll through the effects and see how they will look before you apply them to your graphic. BIG HINT If you get a filter set the way you like....and you would like to use this preset again.....you can save it! On the main screen click on the PRESET at the top of the screen......then click "add". You will be prompted to give the preset a name. When you have done so, click "apply". Now...that preset will always be there for your use.
This is so useful when you have played with the sliderbars and come up with something you like! |
